    Default Can't believe it!

Sorry, but just had to shout out my joy!
Since Oct/Nov 11 I've been having heart palpitations on and off which can be worrying, and very annoying to be honest especially when they pop up and last for half an hour at a time. So yesterday I had an appointment with a specialist to talk about the results from wearing a monitor for 24 hours a month ago.
She told me it was nothing to worry about, although since I have been on the fitness regime, reduced the alcohol intake, and joined THD the palpitations have ceased! I told her of my lifestyle change, and she was interested to hear about the general idea of THD, and told me I was doing everything as she would have prescribed....and she doesn't want to see me again....result!
She took my blood pressure which was TOO low, so reduced one of my blood pressure tablets by half! (take three different types per morning)
I have just done my midweek weigh in, and since last Saturdays weigh in I've lost 4lbs, so with another 2 days to go before my end of week weigh in, well, I'm absolutely blown away!
In 4 weeks I have lost 1st 2lbs approx and at the moment weigh 16st 8lbs, feel BRILLIANT, like myself, and am wearing t shirts without feeling embarrassed.
When I first started this diet I joked to myself that it would be good to be about 16st ish for when my family and I go to Antigua at the end of April, but at this rate I may surpass this!
My target is 15st, and I know that this weight loss will slow down, or go the other way, but there's no way I'm giving up.
I've lost this weight on P1, and as a meat lover I have no probs with it yet, but I will have to start adding some P2 foods soon.
In fact as a tester/treat, I am going to make the Heroin chicken for my wife and I for tonight's tea!
God bless my hypnotherapist who put me on to this diet!
    Rant over

Amazing news! I think the health benefits I've had from eating this way are as important, if not more important than the weight I've lost. X
