Default Saturates of which are sugar ? Live Yogurt

Look at the ingredients, not the nutritional values.

Yoghurt should only have milk with maybe some added cream and the lactose you have read is from the milk itself. Although an "ose" it is the natural sugar in milk.

A lot of us use the Total Greek (Fage) yogurt as it tends to have the fewest carbs and is very thick and creamy.
