    Default Black pudding-can we eat?

I know, like marmite, people either love or hate black pudding but it's a real favourite of mine and I miss it greatly with my bacon and eggs. Does anyone know if we are ok to eat it? Meat based, so should be fat? I buy mine from a friend who makes own so know it has only minimal amounts of crumbs/carbs in it.

    A week into phase 2.

It depends on how much is minimal really.

If you're being strict, it's definitely a Phase3 food but if you only have a little occasionally it might work for you, but bear in mind that the added carbs are wheat based.

Sorry - I really think it's too soon for you to be cheating!

I love black pudding too! Perhaps you can ask your friend to substitute the flour / oatmeal with something that's THD friendly?
