It is good to see the BBC endorsing some good sense. Hope it lasts.

30 different plants a week??!!
Some good points but I take issue with the farmed fish figures. I’m also conscious of the impact that farming of crops can have on the environment. It’s not all cosy little organic market gardens.
Very interesting - Aunty being sensible.
One is too many a thousand not enough.
I just had a quick count, and including different leaves, fresh herbs etc, I’m up to 20 since Friday (and that’s just the ones I remember). But don’t think I will hit 30
I use to love eating many different plants until I had bowel surgery, now I have to limit. If I have too much and some wrong ones, I can get into difficulty and cannot leave the home. Two veg maybe max once or twice a week depending on what they are.
I thoughts part of the article were to be commended. I have very mixed feeling about farmed fish but how does the world feed itself, if population keeps growing.
