    I've not walked as much as in past winters.....no dog/laziness. I certainly feel the change in my fitness, and uphill hurts! I know that a month or so of more regular walking will make a big difference in how I feel. And, I'll feel a bit more toned.

    I think if Eat Less Move More meant eat less often move more often it would probably be something worth supporting. Fundamentally though, the processd foods industry needs to be taken out at the knees.
