I tend to do really basic meals - nothing fancy. I rarely actually look at a recipe.

steak and roasted veggies

Chicken wrapped in bacon with salad

omelettes/ fritattas/ crustless quiche - with any number of combos of veg (courgette, onion and tomato is one of my favourites)

home made burgers with salad

chicken with stir fry veg (and soy sauce)

pork chops with roasted veggies

various salads - tuna, chicken and bacon, egg etc

On phase 2 and 3 I have just added a little dairy, cheese, creme fraiche sauces, cream etc - though I can't have too much before my stomach reacts
