By this you mean bingeing and starving. The key is to stop either one of ‘good’ days or ‘bad’ days as one leads directly to the other. You only try to have a ‘good’ day to lose the weight you gain after a ‘bad’ day. And you only have bad days when you are so hungry and deprived after a ‘good day’ of calorie restriction.
It doesn’t matter which one you vow to stop – starve days or binge days – ...
