How do I start this diet?

Start Phase 1 as soon as you a) have read this book, b) know why you crave food, c) are prepared to stop counting calories and d) are prepared to start a journey that will change your life.

Don’t come up with excuses for not starting it. Every day that you delay, your cravings will get worse and the battle will be that much harder when you do start it....
