What do I do if I eat something that is not good for me?

Don’t start a binge. Get back on track. Don’t let one small slip ruin all the efforts you have made. To minimise the damage done, drink lots of water to enable your body to flush through more easily. If the thing that you have eaten is something that will cause a sharp rise (and fall) in blood glucose level then watch out for the fall and don’t let this lead to further cravings.
