2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
2-3 sticks celery, sliced
2 parsnips roughly chopped
4 cups (1 litre) chicken/veg stock
500g marinara mix
1 salmon fillet
200ml thickened cream
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste.
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
